I received an immediate response to my previous review of several dark spots in the metal part of the knife. It was residue from a compound they use and was quickly removed with rubbing alcohol. They apologized and offered to replace the knife at no charge but it’s perfect now. I highly commend and recommend Palmetto Wood Shop.
